The Challenge
TILT faced physical access related challenges when its team started returning to work, post pandemic. The first challenge that the Michigan-based agency faced was the loss of access cards. Many team members who returned to the hybrid work model had lost their cards, causing inconvenience to the access card owners as well as the other teammates.
TILT wanted to modernize its existing access control system with a mobile access solution that was:

The Opportunity
A study by ASSA ABLOY predicts 120 million mobile credentials downloaded by 2023, with 65% of organizations switching to mobile-based access control. With 93% of the US population using smartphones, mobile access is the future of the industry.
